More than 64K NYC retirees have rejected controversial Medicare plan favored by Mayor Adams

As of March 20, 64,489 retirees had opted out of being automatically enrolled in the controversial new Medicare Advantage plan -- more than a quarter of the city's roughly 250,000 retired workers, according to records obtained by the Daily News via a Freedom of Information Law request.
